Contact us to choose a time online or in person. You’ll receive a brief intake to share your main health concerns, lifestyle, and goals. Purchase one of our consultation packages or pay in-person at the time of service. Custom options available!

2. Meet with Your Practitioner
During your session, we’ll explore your patterns, underlying imbalances, and the best herbal approach for you. Consultations are typically 30–60 minutes.

3. Receive Your Custom Formula
After your consultation, your personalized herbal prescription will be blended and shipped directly to you — or prepared for local pickup. All of our herbs are raw herb powders or granules unless otherwise specified.
